Feeling pleasure when you’re in pain, chronic illness, and core desired feelings, on Episode 4 of the Bawdy Love Podcast.
Our bodies don’t stop having needs and demands just because we have chronic pain. As someone who suffers intense chronic migraines, Kate McCombs has had to learn to be mindful of her body’s needs and communicate those needs to the people in her life. Through treating her body with kindness and attentiveness, Kate is able to find ways to seek decadence and pleasure in life.
During our interview, Kate and I discuss how to treat our bodies with love and compassion, even when our bodies cause us pain.
